Memorial Day

Today I got to go visit the cemetary where my grandfather and grandmother are buried. My grandfather was a wonderful man and he served during World War II. I thought being that it was Memorial Day that it would be a good time to visit.

I was really touched by the many people who were visiting and especially by those who were taking care of their loved one's graves.

It was a wonderful morning. The sight of all the flags at the cemetary really hit home for me. I am so thankful to those men and women that have or who are still serving this wonderful country. I am especially thankful for those who have given the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms and way of life.
